Depending on the desert type, different amount of rain will be received. The driest deserts receive less than half and inch of precipitation annual, and it's usually from condensed fog, not rain. On average though the annual amount of precipitation in desert biomes is anywhere from 1-15 inches.
Annual Temperature
Hot deserts such as Africa's Sahara can reach temperatures up to 50 degrees celsius, but on average hot and dry deserts range from 43-49 degrees celsius. While cold deserts such as the Gobi desert range anywhere from 20-25 degrees celsius.
